At New Covenant Church of Auburn Hills, our Ministry Team is committed to serving the congregation in accordance with Scripture, ensuring orderly worship and service in line with biblical roles.
Each member brings a unique passion for ministry, working together to disciple, encourage, and support the church. From leading worship to teaching children and organizing outreach, our team seeks to glorify God in all they do.

Pastor Hardy Smith
Head Pastor & Elder
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Hardy came to faith young. He grew deeper in his faith while attending Oklahoma University. After graduating from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in ’93, he moved with his wife and four children to Michigan to serve God and this congregation.

Jerome and Melody have served at New Covenant Church for many years—Melody her entire life, and Jerome since 2008. They lead the youth ministry, focusing on building a biblical foundation for teens. They are also active in music, hospitality, and other church ministries.
